ABOUT EES

HISTORY

EES was founded in 2018 as a merger of two companies, Energy-Technik (ET) L.L.C which was founded by Mohamed Bersy and Ahmed Handoussa a year earlier and Sola L.L.C which was founded by Prof.Yehea Ismail and Dr.Amr Helmy four years earlier. The idea of forming the merger was developed when mutual interst was found between the two companies.
ET was a promising startup which broke even in less than one year, it had employees with rich operational experience and it also had started an installed base in solar photovoltaic power plant instalaltions.

COMPANY DIVISIONS

EES has four internal divisions based on the type of solutions provided to our customers.

Our Power Generation division specializes in building turn key solar photovoltaic power plants offering On-Grid, Off-Grid & Hybrid Solutions.

Our Power Distribution & Transmission division provides engineering services for electrical substations including Low, Medium and High-voltage power transmission & distribution.

Our Energy Efficiency & Management division provides solutions to power system optimization, motor system optimization, compressed-air system optimization, pumping system optimization and fan-system optimization.

Our Automation division provides solutions for distribution automation and process automation.

LICENSES

EES is registered in the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) under license number 399, issued 05-April-2020.Our company is listed as number 91 on the NREA registration list
EES is registered in the in the General Authority for Petroleum list of vendors for Oil & Gas companies, which makes EES qualified to work in the Oil & Gas sector and provide services to companies.
